Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek (Ready Property)
This product is designed for the properties, which are ready and available to use. You simply need to identify the property, CBD Attijari Al Islami will buy the property and leases to you for your regular use. Once the terms of the Ijarah contract have been completed the property title will be transferred to you on a token amount as per the Ijarah contract terms.

Your settlement of the rent will start only once your home is ready for occupation.

Attijari Al Islami Sale & Lease Back
Attijari Al Islami Home Sale & Lease Back allows you to enhance the value of a home you already owned, or have bought on payments from another bank. We will buy the existing property from you and lease it back to you. Once the terms of the Ijarah contract have been completed the property title will be transferred to you on a token amount as per the Ijarah contract terms.
