  • Go to the Services page and click on E-Services.
  • Click on Phone Banking Registration and accept Terms & Conditions.
  • Get a one time password on the mobile number registered with us.
  • Enter the one time password and create CBD Phone Banking TIN & CBD Phone Banking FTIN to complete the registration. 

TIN is a Telephone Identification Number that is used to authenticate the user. It is also used to perform the standard services. 

There definitely is! You will receive an SMS when you complete any transaction through CBD ​Phone ​Banking.
